FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves products integrated treatment with pulse magnetic field with adjustable pulse-repetition frequency, shock-wave, acoustic and incoherent light radiation, namely - UV radiation. Magnetic field intensity amplitude in liquid is equal to (0.25-1.0)106 A/m. The device contains tubing of a diamagnetic material with solenoid coils fitted onto it, a working chamber equipped with an electronic radiation generation system based on multi-channel switching spark arresters based on cable initiators forming autonomous circuits for capacitive storage discharge onto the solenoid coils.
