PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio device executing a plurality of radio applications, while reduced in size and thickness.SOLUTION: A second power feeding section 9 feeds power to an external conductor 53 of a first coaxial cable 5 for electrically connecting a first power feeding section 4 and a first antenna element 7 while utilizing the external conductor 53 of the first coaxial cable 5. One terminal part of the external conductor 53 is connected to a ground pattern of a first circuit board 2 via a first reactance element 12, the other terminal part of the external conductor 53 is connected to the ground pattern of the first circuit board 2 via a second reactance element 13, and the external conductor 53 is used as a monopole antenna for the second power feeding section 9. This enables two radio applications to be executed without increasing the number of antennas. |
