PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a reception state.SOLUTION: A voltage-dividing section 32 divides a first voltage V1 between a variable resistor VR1 connected to an output section 31 and the output section 31 by a voltage division ratio by a fixed resistor R2 and a variable resistor VR3 and generates a third voltage V3. An input section 33 subtracts the third voltage V3 from a second voltage V2 to generate a fourth voltage V4. A polarity detection circuit 35 compares the polarity of the fourth voltage V4 with the polarity of the third voltage V3, and outputs a detection signal SR1 corresponding to a comparison result. Then, an adjustment circuit 37 adjusts the variable resistor VR3 included in the voltage-dividing section 32 so that the polarity matches, on the basis of the detection signal SR1 output from the polarity detection circuit 36.
