PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device whose life of blue light is improved and its forming method.SOLUTION: The method includes (1) a step in which a substrate having a first electrode capable of injecting or obtaining a charge of first type is presented, (2) a step in which polyfluorene is laminated on the first electrode, (3) a step in which a second electrode capable of injecting or obtaining a charge of second type is formed on the polyfuluorene and then the polyfluorene is heated at a glass transition temperature or below before/after forming of the second electrode.
