PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve capable of preventing the local stay of an arc and sufficiently cooling a contact and improving impact resistance at the time of the connection and disconnection of the contacts of respective electrode rods and attaining miniaturization, a high voltage, and large capacities of an intercepting current and a rated current.SOLUTION: In the vacuum valve, fixed and movable electrode rods where contacts are joined with one ends are formed by tubular electrodes and a tubular reinforced material arranged at an outer peripheral side of the tubular electrode, and an electrode coil formed of a plurality of slits inclined to an axial direction of the electrode is formed on a tube wall of a contact side end of each electrode. |
