PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an insulating property of a cell stack for a fuel battery in which a stacking body 10 of unit cells is held between a pair of top and bottom grounded pressing plates 20H, 20L composed of chromium-including heat-resistant steel in a pressed state in a direction of stacking.SOLUTION: Among the pair of top and bottom grounded pressing plates 20L, 20H, at least the bottom pressing plate 20L is electrically insulated from the stacking body 10 of the unit cells by a mica plate 40L. A spacer 50L made of pure nickel is placed between the mica plate 40L and the pressing plate 20L. Since formation of potassium chromate by reaction of a potassium ion in the mica plate 40L with chromium in the pressing plate 20L is blocked, insulating deterioration with time is suppressed. |
