PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of an empty returnable box by folding the box, to let tube containers out of a side of the box and improve work efficiency, and to reinforce the edge of a supply hole and maintain the ability to let tube containers out smoothly.SOLUTION: The front panel 1, rear panel 2, side panels 3, and bottom panel 4 of the returnable box are made of a plastic material. The panel 3 that forms at least one side has a quadrangular supply hole 8 through which tube containers arranged in parallel can be rolled out. The dimension between the end edge 15 of the supply hole and the corner ridge line 5 of the returnable box is two or more times the thickness of each of the panels forming the returnable box. A height increasing member 7 is disposed on the back of the front panel 1 adjacent to the panel 3 via the corner ridge line 5. Thereby, the hole end edge 15 and the face of the height increasing member 7 disposed on the front panel 1 are located substantially on the same plane. The assembly type returnable box for tube container is thus configured. |
