PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate tooth depth regulation of a rotor for internal gear pump to enhance volume efficiency of a pump.SOLUTION: In a rotor for internal gear pump configured to combine an inner rotor 2 and an outer rotor 3 having one tooth difference of numbers of teeth, in eccentric arrangement, a plurality of ellipses are combined so that adjoining ellipses come into contact with each other or partially overlapped and a part of curve of each ellipse is continuously connected. A tooth profile of the inner rotor 2 is created by the continuously connected curve.
