PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for changing color of cut flowers which are cut off, and for permitting the color-changed cut flowers to grow for a long period.SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a number of plant insertion bodies 8 which are placed in a plant arranging space formed on a mount 11, each plant insertion body 8 being connected with a circulating water supply pipe 5 and a circulating water discharge pipe 6. Each plant insertion body 8 is provided with a circulating water distributing chamber 8-5, with which the circulating water supply pipe 5 and the circulating water discharge pipe 6 are connected. The mount 11 comprises a nutritious water circulating path along which the nutritious water mixed with an efficient amount of a molybdenum compound in a feed-water tank 36 circulates by a nutritious water-circulation driving means, and the nutritious water circulates through a circulating water distributing chamber 8-5 of the plant insertion body 8. A cut stem of the cut flower containing anthocyanin-based coloring matter is inserted from an insertion opening 57 of the plant insertion body 8 into the circulating water distributing chamber 8-5. |
