PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display filter having gradation for making appearance design beautiful, and to provide a protective case.SOLUTION: The display filter includes: a base material; and a light blocking part which determines an effective screen part region of the base material having a light blocking material formed for blocking screen light emitted from a display module on the edge region of the base material and which is formed so that the brightness of at least a part of the edge region having the formed light blocking material is gradually reduced in a certain direction.
