PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily handle a protection cover for covering a recording surface side of a disk-like recording medium so that a recording surface does not come into contact when attaching or detaching the disk-like recording medium, for example.SOLUTION: In the protection cover made of resin for protecting a recording surface of the disk-like recording medium by covering the recording surface of the disk-like recording medium 1, the diameter of the protection cover 2 is made smaller than that of the disk-like recording medium 1, an outer peripheral section 11 of the protection cover 2 abuts on a margin section at an outer peripheral side of a recording region on the recording surface in the disk-like recording medium 1, and a cover body 10 of the protection cover is separated from the recording surface of the disk-like recording medium 1 in a region between an inner peripheral abutting section 12 abutting on the margin section at an inner peripheral side of the recording region on the recording surface of the disk-like recording medium 1 and the outer peripheral section 11. |
