PURPOSE: A gasket assembly inspection apparatus using a displacement sensor and an inspection method thereof are provided to improve work convenience by being used together with basic inspection apparatuses such as a flatness tester and a leak tester. CONSTITUTION: A gasket assembly inspection apparatus using a displacement sensor comprises a fixing jig(6), a displacement sensor(5), a vertical movement unit(7), and a data processing unit(8). The displacement sensor is vertically inserted and fixed in the fixing jig. The displacement sensor measures the height of the upper or lower end of a bolt or a plug. The vertical movement unit is combined with one side of the fixing jig. The vertical movement unit moves the fixing jig, fixed with the displacement sensor, up and down. The data processing unit is separated from the fixing jig.
