PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, because of the number of cellular phones explosively spread in recent years and various communication services therewith, a cellular phone provider constructs a charging system having high performance and high reliability in charge calculation, and for operating it, expensive facility investment may be required.SOLUTION: The charging system includes a mobile terminal device including a terminal status monitoring function part, a service status monitoring function part, a service providing log information storage part, a charging calculation function part and fee charging tariff information storage part. When the service status monitoring function part detects the end of a service, the charging calculation function part retrieves the service from the service providing log information storage part and performs charging calculation processing based on information obtained from the fee charging tariff information storage part. |
