PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of normal liquid level detection, and a normal or abnormal determination method for liquid level detection.SOLUTION: In the autoanalyzer and the normal or abnormal determination method of liquid level detection thereby, a dispensing device 6 is provided, which has a dispensing probe 6c for sucking a reagent based on a liquid level detected by a liquid level detection device, and discharging the sucked reagent into a reaction vessel, to thereby perform dispensation; and a cleaning tank 7 for cleaning the inside and the outside of the dispensing probe after dispensation, and the reagent and a specimen are reacted together in the reaction vessel, and the optical characteristic of a reaction liquid is measured, to thereby analyze the specimen. The autoanalyzer includes a detection device 20 for detecting a change in a physical quantity corresponding to the reagent discharged by the dispensing probe, and a determination part 17b for determining whether liquid level detection by the liquid level detection device is normal or not, based on a variation of the physical quantity. |
