PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape memory alloy actuator system with superior responsiveness and controllability for constantly controlling the speed of response regardless of the displacement or temperature difference of the shape memory alloy actuator.SOLUTION: The shape memory alloy actuator system includes the shape memory alloy actuator with a regulation member for regulating the moving range of a movable body attached to a shape memory alloy wire to be expanded/contracted by temperature change, and a resistance feedback circuit having a detection section for detecting the resistance value of the expanded/contracted shape memory alloy wire, a calculation section for comparing an output signal obtained from the detection section with a signal input by a command section and calculating an applied current value corresponding to the detected resistance value, an output section for outputting the applied current value to the shape memory alloy actuator, and a control section for controlling the detection section, the calculation section, and the output section. The resistance feedback circuit further has a gain setting section for setting a feedback gain based on a command value outputted from the command section. |
