PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of saving rinsing water, reducing the time of rinsing operation, and increasing the rinsing effect (on removal of a detergent).SOLUTION: The washing machine includes control means 61 for controlling the operation of an electric motor 19, a water-feed solenoid valve 6 and a drain solenoid valve 22. The operation of the washing machine is controlled by the control means to execute: high-speed dewatering operation for draining washing water within a washing tub 9 by opening the drain solenoid valve 22 and rotating the washing tub 9 at high speed after the washing operation for washing the laundry 38; shower spraying dewatering operation for opening the water-feed solenoid valve 6 and injecting shower water while rotating the washing tub 9 at an intermediate speed of 40-60% of the high speed after the high-speed dewatering operation; the high-speed dewatering operation for rotating the washing tub 9 at high speed increased from the intermediate speed after the shower spraying dewatering operation; rotating shower water injection operation for opening the water-feed solenoid valve 6 and injecting shower water while rotating the washing tub 9 at low speed of 10-20% of the high speed after the high-speed dewatering operation; and final dewatering operation for rotating the washing tub 9 at high speed after the rotating shower water injection operation. |
