PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fountain for fluid food materials suitable for using by changing a plurality of heated fluid food materials.SOLUTION: The fountain (A) for fluid food materials suitable for using by changing heated fluid food materials includes a body case 1, a tray 2 placed on the upper part of the body case 1 and storing heated fluid food materials, heat sources (31 and 32) heating the heated fluid food materials stored in the tray 2, a cylinder 4 arranged in a standing condition on the tray 2, a spiral screw 5 held in the inside of the cylinder 4 and raising and transmitting the heated fluid food materials on the tray 2 to the upper end of the cylinder 4, a plurality of step caps 61, 62 and 63 fitted into the periphery of the cylinder 4, and a heat source temperature adjusting means freely adjusting a heat source temperature according to the melting temperature of the heated fluid food materials stored in the tray 2. |
