PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot seedling transplanter provided with an inverting feed device for the pot seedlings to receive a row of laterally arranged pot seedlings from a pot seedling box, transporting the seedlings downward and, simultaneously inverting longitudinal direction of the seedlings while preventing slip-out of a root ball of the pot seedling from a seedling catch in a case of downward rotation and inversion of the seedling catch of the transplanter.SOLUTION: A quick-return mechanism 31 is installed in a transmission path between a driving crank 4 continuously rotating at a continuous speed and the seedling catch 1. A downward rotating action time period T1 and an upward rotating action time period T2 in one cycle of a reciprocating rotation of the seedling catch 1 is set to satisfy T1/T2>1 by the quick-return mechanism. |
