PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is excellent in fixability such as low temperature fixability and hot offset resistance and has high coloring power and high gloss, and which is excellent in development stability in a high temperature and high humidity environment in either of a light-pressure fixing system and a high-speed development system.SOLUTION: In the toner having at least a binder resin and a coloring agent, the binder resin contains a resin L, a resin M, and a resin H, each of the resins contains a hybrid resin composed of a polyester-based resin component and a vinyl-based resin component chemically bonded together, a softening point of the resin M is 95 to 125°C, the resin M is a resin for a master batch composed of the coloring agent and a resin, and with respect to the resin L, the resin M, and the resin H, when their softening points (°C) are represented by Tm(L), Tm(M), and Tm(H), weight average molecular weights based on SEC-MALLS measurement of their THF soluble components are represented by Mw(L), Mw(M), and Mw(H), and their radii of inertia (nm) are represented by Rw(L), Rw(M), and Rw(H), formulas (1) to (4) are satisfied, (1) Tm(L)Rw(L)/Mw(L), (3) Rw(M)/Mw(M)>Rw(H)/Mw(H), and (4) 1.0×10≤Rw(M)/Mw(M)≤1.0×10.
