PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living conditions monitoring system for periodically receiving and storing living condition data of a monitored person as necessary, monitoring safety of the monitored person on the basis of living information of the monitored person, causing a rescue center to care or rescue the person when an emergency care is needed, and managing safety of the monitored person.SOLUTION: Living schedule data of the monitored persons 20a1, 20a2 to 20n living in a monitoring residence area 1 are stored in a data memory 10M of a safety monitoring center 10. A camera control circuit 13 causes monitoring cameras 6a, 7a, etc. to periodically take pictures at predetermined time intervals and take a picture for checking as necessary, using data stored in the data memory 10M and detection signals of entry/exit detection sensors 5a to 5n, and manages safe living maintenance of the monitored persons 20a1, 20a2, etc. Whether the monitored persons 20a1, 20a2, etc. are in emergencies or not is decided from the periodic image data, check image data, living schedule data and detection signals of the entry/exit detection sensors, and the rescue center 14 performs emergency care. |
