PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a disaster due to escape failure by promptly guiding inhabitants to a predetermined evacuation path in case a house has a fire, to support evacuation and rescue activities of inhabitants whose action abilities are restricted, such as elderly persons and physically handicapped persons, and to facilitate carrying-in and installation of such an evacuation support apparatus inside a house.SOLUTION: A storage tank 12, a pump 14 for pressure-feeding water stored in the storage tank 12 to a spraying nozzle 13 and a guide instruction apparatus for illuminating signs indicating guidance to an evacuation path and an evacuation direction are integrally installed in a housing 11 provided along an evacuation path in a building. In case that a fire occurs, the pump and the guide instruction apparatus are operated through a control apparatus 15, and water is discharged toward the evacuation path. |
