PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional DC-DC converter for sufficiently improving step-down of an output voltage Vout in shifting from regeneration to powering or step-down of the output voltage Vout in shifting from powering to regeneration.SOLUTION: The bidirectional DC-DC converter 1 includes switching elements 162-165 for applying an AC voltage to a primary coil of a transformer 161, switching elements 166-169 for rectifying an AC voltage to a secondary coil of the transformer 161, an inductor 170 for smoothing the AC voltages after rectification, and a CPU 2 for computing a duty ratio dof each of drive signals Sd11-Sd22 so that the output voltage Vout may match a target voltage Vref. In shifting from regeneration to powering, α equivalent to loss generated in regeneration and β equivalent to loss generated in powering are each added to the duty ratio d, and in shifting from powering to regeneration, α and β are each reduced from the duty ratio d. |
