The device has multiple modules (11) with an even upper cover from which light-current emits and light radiation characteristics of the cover are varied along longitudinal axis. The light radiation characteristics of the even upper cover are determined by multiple modules. Top sides (12) of the modules are even, and structures affecting the light radiation are arranged in interior of the device. The modules include a translucent foil and a translucent resolution disk over entire length of the device.
