PURPOSE: An oil receiver for a direct fire cooker is provided to minimize the frequency of filling water in a groove because the water evaporates while meat is roasted. CONSTITUTION: An oil receiver for a direct fire cooker includes a rising pipe(11), a lower groove(12), and a side wall(15). A wind through cutting line(13c) is horizontally divided into an adjacent upper wind through area(13a) and an adjacent lower wind through area(13b). The wind through cutting line forms a cut wind through hole(13) by making the interval between the adjacent upper wind through area and the adjacent lower wind through area farther. |
