A build-in paper roll dispenser (1) is provided comprising a housing (2) arranged for building in a hollow structure, wherein the housing comprises a supply-and- discharge opening (5) for supplying and discharging a paper roll (6). Further, the paper roll dispenser comprises an inner casing (3) adjustable arranged in the supply-and-discharge opening of the housing, for accommodating to installation gaps between the housing and the structure after building in of the housing in the hollow structure and/or different wall thicknesses of the structure.
