<p>FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of technology, namely, to clinical-diagnostic study. Method includes application of cell suspension in volume 5 mcl, prepared by standard method, on the bottom of holes, formed by miscroscope slide surface and 8 round holes with diametre 9 mm, by hermetic attachment to the glass of parafilm strip with size 26ù56 mm2. Strip is attached by rolling out by means of roller, distance between holes being 4 mm, and from microscope slide edge - 2 mm. ^ EFFECT: application of claimed method makes it possible to prepare preparation with multiple isolated zones of simultaneous hybridisation, which increases accuracy of FISH-studies. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex</p> |
