<p>FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: nanopowders may be used as fillers of polymers, catalysts and active centres, sensors, magnets, and substances with reduced resistance in magnetic field, etc. To produce dispersion of metal nanopowders, redox reaction of metal formiate is initiated in the medium of hydrocarbons with addition of sulfur-containing surfactants under action of ultrasound oscillations. Sulfur-containing surfactants represent alkyliols, dialkyl sulphides, dialkyd sulphides, dialkyl disulphides, dialkyl thiocarbamates or alkyl thiophenols. Note here that surfactants are added in amount sufficient for application of, at least, one monomolecular layer on nanoparticles. ^ EFFECT: higher dispersion and stability of colloid solution. ^ 2 ex</p> |
