FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: compounds, included into one of compositions represent polypeptides, which contain at least immunogenic fragment of protein CT858 or protein CT089 Chlamydia trachomatis with specific amino acid sequence, or polynucleotides, coding immunogenic fragments of said proteins. Compounds, included into other composition, represent fused polypeptides, which contain immunogenic fragment of protein CT858 or CT089 and fusion partner, selected from immunologic fusion partners, expression amplifiers, affine markers and unrelated known proteins of Chlamydia trachomatis.
