PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for avoiding network address overlap capable of avoiding address overlap without exchanging information between apparatuses each operating as a gateway of each network.SOLUTION: An address overlap determination means 91 determines whether a destination network address and a virtual network address included in virtual network information overlap each other by using routing information including the destination network address that may be used as a destination by this device for avoiding network address overlap and a parent host to which the device belongs, and the virtual network information being constituent information of a virtual network. An overlap-avoiding virtual network address generation means 92 generates an overlap-avoiding virtual network address being a virtual network address without overlapping the destination network address when the overlapping is determined to be present by the address overlap determination means 91. |
