PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a manager for network connection management and to prevent the waste of resources and unauthorized access.SOLUTION: When a virtual network interface for connecting a client apparatus and an internal network to which the client apparatus should belong, is not present within a VLAN (Virtual LAN) interface being set at present, an RAS (Remote Access Service) gateway dynamically sets the VLAN interface. Further, the RAS gateway monitors the situation of utilizing the set VLAN interface and erases an interface that no client terminal utilizes.
