PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the practical utility of a vehicular air conditioner including a vapor compression refrigerator.SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioner includes: a compressor 11 for compressing and discharging a refrigerant; an outdoor heat exchanger 16 for exchanging heat between outer air and the refrigerant; a vapor compression refrigeration cycle 10 adapted to be switched into a cooler cycle for cooling air sent toward the inside of a vehicle and a heat pump cycle for heating air to be sent; a heating means 36 for heating air sent by using the cooling water of an internal combustion engine EG as a heat source; an outlet mode switch 60c for setting an antifog mode in which air to be sent is blown toward the window glass of the vehicle by the operation of an occupant; and a control means 50 for controlling to switch the cooler cycle and the heat pump cycle. The controlling means 50 selects the cooler cycle and outputs an operation request signal to the internal combustion engine EG when the antifog mode is set by the outlet mode switch 60c. |
