PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas purifying catalyst capable of purifying exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine of an automobile etc., that shows an excellent exhaust gas purification performance even after an endurance test.SOLUTION: The exhaust gas purifying catalyst comprises an oxide support having a pore and noble metal particles carried by the oxide support, wherein the average particle size of the noble metal particle is less than 10 nm and larger than the average pore diameter of the oxide support.
