<p>The present invention relates to a motorcycle locking device and a method thereof. More particularly, the motorcycle locking device and the method thereof enables prevention of malfunction due to abnormal power by controlling power applied to the motorcycle locking device, which is fixed to any one of the handle rotation shaft of a motor cycle, the periphery of the handle rotation shaft or a disc plate for locking the motor cycle. In addition, theft of the motorcycle can be prevented by carrying out a locking and unlocking operation with respect to an insertion hole formed in any one of the handle rotation shaft of the motor cycle, the periphery of the handle rotation shaft or the disc plate under the control of driving power.</p> |
