PARTNER NODE SELECTING METHOD IN THE NEXT GENERATION MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A partner node selecting method in the next generation mobile communication system is provided to select an optimal collaboration node when transmitting data to a base station through collaborative transmission. CONSTITUTION: A transmission terminal calculates the transmission delay time for all communication paths between a transmission terminal and a base station(S21), and the transmission terminal selects a communication path which has minimal transmission delay time(S22). The transmission terminal selects the terminal, which is closest to the transmission terminal, as a collaborative node(23), wherein the terminal is one of the terminals which constitute the selected communication path. The transmission delay time of the communication path is the sum of the inverse link transmission rates between the terminals.
