PURPOSE: Functional fermented soybean paste and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the nutrition, the functionality, and the antioxidant activity of the fermented soybean paste using pollen. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional fermented soybean paste containing pollen comprises the following steps: preparing 50~100meshes pollen; preparing salt water with 14% of salinity; pouring 9L of salt water to 5kg of fermented soybean blocks formed by injecting aspergillus oryzae, and firstly aging for 30days; and adding the pollen to the firstly aged soybean blocks, and aging for another 30days.
