PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal sound from being generated when a stand leg part is at a fitting posture, to prevent wound and rust of the stand leg part from being generated and to stably hold the fitting posture. SOLUTION: A stand leg part 4 for fitting and supporting a part being a little to the front of a seat cushion on the floor face of a floor of a car body is provided and the axial line part of the stand leg part 4 is bearing-supported by means of a bracket plate 11 fitted and fixed on the bottom part being a little front of both sides of a seat cushion frame 10, and the stand leg part 4 is provided so as to be folded and stored on the bottom part of the seat cushion and the axial line part of the stand leg part 4 is positioned at the more front side of the bottom part than the fitting position of a supporting shaft 12 bearing-supported on the bracket plate 11, and a damper 13 receiving and supporting the stand leg part 4 at a fitting posture is provided on the bracket plate 11.
