PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boundary building machine capable of effectively compressing piled soil and forming a durable levee by inclinably installing specific compressing members around a pressure receiving member arranged in the direction crossing the rotation direction as an inclination axis. SOLUTION: A machine frame is connected to a traveling machine body 1 by a connecting mechanism 2. The machine frame is equipped with a soil piling mechanism 4 for piling soil on an old levee. A boundary building mechanism 12 having rotary boundary building bodies 13 capable of building the surface of a levee by rotation is formed at the rear position of the soil piling mechanism 4 in the direction of progress. Plural compressing members 22 having outsides as compressing faces are arranged in a ring state on the outer peripheral part of the rotary boundary building bodies 13. The plural compressing members 22 are inclinably installed around a pressure receiving member 16 arranged in the direction crossing the rotation direction as an inclination axis. In the operation, the compressing faces are preferably formed into shapes projecting outward from the front to the rear in the direction of rotation.
