PURPOSE: A belt conveyor for preventing objects from dropping down is provided to prevent falling of objects from a conveying belt down to a working place for preventing waste of source and environmental pollution by mounting a returning belt part in parallel to the conveying belt part in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: In a belt including a driving pulley(5), a plurality of driven pulleys(7), a tail pulley(9), and a caterpillar type belt(10) hanged on the pulleys and having a conveying belt part(12) and a returning belt part(125), the belt is formed with the returning belt part at an upper part and the conveying belt part at a lower part in parallel, and an outlet shoot forming space(30) is formed at a lower part of the conveying belt part.
