摘要 PURPOSE: An optical interferometer module and a laser instrument having the module are provided to automatically adjust the alignment thereof, thereby improving the accuracy and the life of the optical interferometer module. CONSTITUTION: An optical interferometer module consists of a body(201), a laser division and concentration means(111), a lens mounting and lens angle adjusting means(221), and a controller(241). The laser division and concentration means mounted in the body consists of a laser divider and a laser concentrator. The laser divider divides a laser beam(131) into four laser beam(132-135). The four laser beams existing to the outward are reflected by an exterior system, and are returned to the lens mounting and lens angle adjusting means. The laser concentrator concentrates two laser beams at a time, and exists the concentrated laser beam to the exterior. The lens mounting and lens angle adjusting means contains eight lens, and many lens angle adjuster(231). The controller has a motor controller for controlling a rotation of a motor, and a motor driver for generating a motor driving voltage. The lens angle adjuster comprises a worm wheel, a worm, and a driving motor. The worm rotate under the driving motor rotates, and the rpm of the worm wheel is decided as the rotation of the worm. An angle of a lens is changed as the rpm, and a direction of the laser beam is changed as the angle.
