PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in wiring work while drop in operation efficiency of a device is avoided by providing a notch part for housing a wiring on the rear surface of a case, and forming a fixing part and a rotation part of wiring at the notch part for allowing access to case blocks in multiple stages from a surface. SOLUTION: A pair of cases in which an electronic circuit unit is housed is fitted to a frame body with a hinge for biparting. On the rear surface of the case, an external cable housing part (notch part) 2 in which a wiring for connection to a circuit unit is housed is formed. The wiring comprises a fixing part housed in a cable housing part 2 and a movable part which deforms according to the swinging of the case on the hinge around an axis. Case blocks 10 laminated in a plurality of stages can be accessed from a surface while the case is swung to an open position around a hinge axis, allowing a wiring operation to be performed from the front side of the case block 10. An external cable 4 is guided into the external cable housing part 2 from an upper rack, and then taken into the case block 10.
