<p>The method involves carrying out control of motion sequence of a machine element based on a functional relationship (3) between a master shaft (2) and a slave shaft (4). The functional relationship is determined under consideration of basic conditions e.g. speed, of the motion sequence. The functional relationship includes a section, which is defined by an order polynomial and another section, which is partially separated from the former section and is defined by another order polynomial, where the latter order polynomial is less than the former order polynomial. An independent claim is also included for a device for controlling motion sequence of a machine element.</p> |
