PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to eliminate machining process and reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The waterproof shield connector 10 comprises a coaxially arranged pin terminal 11, a cylindrical insulating body 12, a cylindrical metal case 13 and an O ring 14 which is mounted at one end circumference of the connector 10. The groove portion, in which an O ring is mounted, is formed by combining the insulating body 12 and the metal case 13 so that one side of the side wall becomes an insulating body, and the other side wall and the bottom face form a metal case 13. As the metal case 13 is made by aluminum die-casting, machining process is not required for forming the groove portion.
