PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated aluminum alloy-made can lid excellent in adhesion and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: In the aluminum alloy-made can lid, an organic and inorganic composite surface-treated layer is provided on at least one side surface of an aluminum alloy-made plate, which contains zirconium compound and/or titanium compound of 4-30 mg/m<SP>2</SP>in terms of zirconium and/or titanium atom, organic phosphonic acid compound at the ratio of 0.05-0.3 in terms of phosphor atom to the mass in terms of zirconium and/or titanium atom of the zirconium compound and/or titanium compound, tannin at the ratio of 0.5-3 in terms of carbon atom to the mass of zirconium and/or titanium atom of the zirconium compound and/or titanium compound.
