PURPOSE: A cover structure of a lighting device is provided to prevent the input of insects or fallen leaves from the outside by arranging a filter in an air inlet. CONSTITUTION: An upper cover(1) has a mounting unit(13) and a plurality of support stands(12). The upper cover is combined with a heat sink. A side outlet(1b) is formed on the upper cover. An air inlet is formed between the support stands. A sculpture or emblem is detachably combined with the penetration of the upper cover. A PCB or LED is mounted inside the sculpture.
