PURPOSE: A multilayer sheet for protecting an LCD panel is provided to have a sheet shape surface layer in which an antistatic agent is uniformly distributed. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer sheet for protecting an LCD panel includes a center layer(10) and mixtures made of an antistatic agent and high density polyethylene. The center layer is made by forming a synthetic resin. The mixtures are placed on both upper and lower sides of the center layer.
