PURPOSE: Structure for installing a bumper guard of a vehicle is provided to conveniently install and remove a bumper guard while a bumper is installed on a chassis by connecting the bumper guard employing a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A bumper guard is installed on a chassis by a first bracket(10) fixing a part of the bumper guard on a bumper(B) and two second brackets directly fixing the other part of the bumper guard on the chassis. While the bumper is installed on the chassis, a bumper fixing unit(12) of the first bracket is fixed on the outer face of a bumper fascia(F) using a nut(N) and a bolt(35). Chassis fixing units of the second brackets are connected to a chassis bracket by bolts and nuts. Thereby, the bumper guard is independently installed on the chassis without removal of the bumper.
