PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a conductive polymer excellent in antistatic property, electrical conductivity, and positive temperature property by using a catalyst active material and a mixed cocatalyst. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: preparing the catalyst active material supported particles by treating conductive particles or a mixture of the conductive particles and non-conductive particles with the catalyst active material Ti(OR)aCl(4-a), wherein R is C1-C14 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon or COR', R' is C1-C14 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon, and a is an integer of 0-3; performing an ethylene homopolymerization or an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymerization by using the catalyst active material supported particles as a catalyst and the cocatalyst comprising diethyl aluminium chloride and triethyl aluminium. The conductive particle is at least one selected from the group consisting of metal powder, metal oxide, metal carbonate, silica, glass fiber, carbon material, ceramic, or an organic pigment. And the non-conductive particle is at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium dioxide, an organic or inorganic pigment, silica, chalk, and talc.
