PURPOSE: A preparation method of waterproof cement is provided to give high adhesive power and homogeneous curing, and to prevent cracking due to increased hardening time by mixing siliceous powder coater with silane-based water repellent agent. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof cement is prepared by the following steps: preparing a mixture of 1.61wt.% of bentonite dried at 300deg.C and 1.61wt.% of cement expansive agent comprising 67.3% of CaO, 18.0% of SO3, 9.6% of SiO2, 2.5% of Al2O3, 1.3% of Fe2O3, 0.4% of MgO and 0.4% of ignition loss; mixing the mixture with dried silica sand, being coated with water repellent agent, which is obtained by mixing 28.33-29.0wt.% of silane-based water repellent agent blended with water with 64.51-64.60wt.% of silica sand(0.19-0.27mm), and drying at 220-250deg.C for 4min.; and adding 32.26wt% of cement powder.
