PURPOSE: A power generating apparatus is provided to generate power through the rotating unit having a rotor and a stator equipped with a magnet, electric power generating unit and electric power charge unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a rotating device having a single-pole magnet and the other single-pole magnet which is tilted. The rotating device includes an action part and a counteraction part produced by a magnetic field of a permanent magnet, and an action surface where the force of magnetic field of permanent magnet acts. The magnetic rod disposed to be tilted with respect to a parallel magnetic field rotates in a clockwise direction by the magnetic force, and the other magnetic rod disposed to be tilted with respect to a parallel magnetic field rotates in a counterclockwise direction by the magnetic force. |
