Described is a temperature sensor designed to be applied to a sportive garment in order to monitor the physical effort performed by and athlete or sport player by measuring the temperature of the body. The sensor consists of a plurality of temperature indicating elements based on thermochromic dyes, which change colour depending on the temperature detected in the body of the user.
